By using or accessing the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways. Your use of our Services is also subject to the Build Health Terms of Use.
What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage. We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information internally in connection with our Services, including to personalize, provide, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you and allow other users to contact you, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to analyze how you use the Services. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Information with third parties, but only as described below.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Will Build Health ever change this Privacy Policy?
We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice within the application, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
What information does Build Health collect?
Information You Provide to Us
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, through the registration process and/or through your account settings, we may collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and third-party account credentials (for example, your log-in credentials for Facebook or other third party sites). Information collected automatically

Information collected from other websites and Do Not Track policy
Through cookies we place on your browser or device, we may collect information about your online activity after you leave our Services. Just like any other usage information we collect, this information allows us to improve the Services and customize your online experience, and otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy. Will Build Health share any of the personal information it receives?

How does Build Health share your information?
We disclose the personal information we collect (or otherwise generate or obtain) as follows:

We share your information with businesses to provide the Services (such as connecting customers with massage spas to make an online reservation and sharing your appointment activity and history, preferences, requests, restrictions, and other information with the business) and for the business’ own purposes, which may include marketing or advertising purposes.

Messages and other communications you submit to businesses. If you submit a message or other communication to a business through our Services, you authorize us to share your message or communications with the relevant business, and you authorize the business to respond to you through our Services.

With other service providers. We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services or functions on our behalf (see below for more detail on Sharing with Other Service Providers).

In the event of a corporate transaction. We may disclose or transfer your information to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding.

Additionally, we or our business partners may be required to disclose certain information to local government health authorities as part of contact tracing programs related to COVID-19 or similar events.

Sharing with Businesses as a controller of your personal information. When you make a request through our Services or through a business, such as an appointment booking, or if you are a guest of the person making the request, we necessarily provide certain categories of your information to the business to facilitate that request. For appointment booking requests, this information may include your name, time and date of visit, party size, your phone number, your service preferences, guest information, any special requests, information or comments that you choose to submit (if any), and your email address. Your information is provided to the business, just as it would be if you contacted the business directly. If you provide a mobile phone number in connection with your request, businesses may send you text messages regarding your request.
We also share with businesses summary reports of feedback from customers. If you provide comments about a business through our Services, these comments may be shared with or may be accessible by that business, and the business may respond to you. We will not tie your comments with other information that can identify you directly, but a business may be able to tell who you are from your comments, particularly if you give your name in the comments or provide contact information, such as an email address.
Sharing with Other Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services or functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting or operating our Services, data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, site analytics, data analysis, delivering marketing messages and advertisements, processing credit card payments, and providing fraud detection services). We do not authorize these third parties to use or disclose your information for purposes other than for which it has been provided. We require these third parties to maintain and implement security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or processing.
Is personal information about me secure?
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third party site or service, you may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
What personal information can I access?
Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the information you’ve provided to us. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Services change. What choices do I have?
You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features.
You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may also email us if you wish to deactivate your account. We may retain archived copies of information about you and your transactions for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law.
Choices Regarding Electronic Communications.
Email. If you no longer want to receive marketing and promotional emails from Build Health, you may click on the “unsubscribe” link in such emails to opt-out of future marketing email communications. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving marketing communications from one or all of our Services, we will still send you service-related communications, such as confirmations of any future appointments you make.
Text Messages. If you no longer want to receive text messages from Build Health, reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) to the text message.
